Body Back Mini Session

Body Back® Mini Session is a condensed version of our Body Back® 8-Week Transformation session, which includes high-intensity workouts and group accountability. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Mini Session Include?

  • Option for one or two HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes per week
  • Private Facebook group for ongoing accountability
  • Personal support from a certified instructor

Body Back® workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 3 months after delivery. Body Back® classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides®or Stroller Barre®.
