Body Back Free Preview Class

Body BackĀ® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, personalized coaching, accountability, bonus workouts, and food logs. This preview session will give you a taste of what a Body Back HIIT (high intensity interval training) class looks like. We will also answer questions about the other aspects of the session, including the food journals and one-on-one coaching.
